“CareLab” Hot and cold test chambers, or environmental test chambers, are specialized, insulated, and, inner chamber stainless-steel constructed devices used to assess the durability, performance, and reliability of components and materials under extreme, rapidly changing temperature conditions. These chambers, commonly utilized in electronics, automotive, and aerospace industries, simulate, real-world conditions to identify, thermal weaknesses.
Key Features and Applications
· Temperature Range: Operates over a wide, range of temperatures, commonly from -10 to 100°C, or up to 100°C with -20°C capability, depending on the model.
· Key Industries: Electronics, pharmaceuticals, defense (MIL-STD), automotive (testing engines/materials), and biotechnology.
· Testing Types: Thermal shock (rapid temperature changes), environmental stress screening, and product reliability testing.
Construction:
Outer body of Cold & Hor Chamber cabinets are constructed out of thick PCRC, pre-coated corrosion resistant G.I Steel sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of 304 grade. Our Cold & Hot Chamber models are trolley mounted with heavy duty caster wheels for easy mobility of equipment. Indoor glass door is optional which allows visibility of samples to be tested. The gap between the walls is filled high grade mineral glass wool / filled high grade poly urethane insulation, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our chambers.
